WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?

Our ceremony will promptly begin at 4 PM. Please allow enough time for parking and locating your seat. We want to make sure everyone is settled before we say "I DO!"

AM I ALLOWED TO TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

We would like to have an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we would like all phones and devices to be turned off and put away during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers to capture this moment for all of us! After the ceremony is over, please feel free to take as many photos as you want!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

We are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you received a plus one, it will be detailed on your invitation.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including any children in the ceremony or reception. Please take this time to enjoy a child-free night!

WHAT IF I FORGOT TO RSVP?

If you do not RSVP by the deadline, you will unfortunately not be able to attend the wedding. To avoid missing out on all the fun, please make sure you RSVP by the date on your invitation.

IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The ceremony will be located outdoors by the pergola as long as the weather permits. Cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors. The reception will be indoors. In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

WILL THERE BE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Yes. There is a parking lot at the location. If you are staying at the Clarion or Best Western (referenced in the "travel" section), there will be a shuttle service that will come and go from the hotels to the venue and back location 3 times. This way, if you would like to head back to the hotel in between, you can do so. We also recommend the shuttle for anyone who will be consuming alcohol at the venue.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THE EVENT THAT I AM NO LONGER ABLE TO ATTEND?

We completely understand that unexpected things happen. Please let us know as soon as your plan changes so we can make any necessary updates.
